I help you better understand the ties between your thoughts, past, and emotions. We'll identify strengths and build upon them, while leaving what doesn't serve you behind.
I opened Cultivating Heart Counseling to create a safe space to explore all those insecurities, doubts, and worries about life changes and relationships without judgement.
